Cancellation Policy
For a full refund of your payment, including ticketing fees, you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to tour date/time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours, will be refunded 50% of the total charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours are non-refundable unless we are able to resell all the cancelled seats. If we can only sell part of the cancelled seats, VIP will refund for only the number of cancelled seats resold. Cancellations must be made by email and confirmed by VIP Tours by a reply email back to you, acknowledging that your reservation has been canceled.
